It offers clear education and pathways for wellbeing, selected inherited-health questions and cancer-health questions—while keeping the appropriate scientific and clinical support visible.
What is the relationship between GenWell and Mass Diagnostics?
GenWell helps you understand and navigate the available route. Where laboratory analysis is part of that route, it is supported by the expertise of Mass Diagnostics. When a personal medical discussion or interpretation is appropriate, a qualified healthcare professional can provide the relevant independent clinical advice.
Is GenWell a laboratory or a clinic?
GenWell is neither a laboratory nor a replacement for a medical clinic. It is the accessible front door for genetic-health information and pathways. Laboratory services are provided through Mass Diagnostics where relevant. Where personal medical advice is needed, we encourage you to speak with a qualified healthcare professional.

How do I know which route is right for me?

CancerSpot is for people with a family-history question related to cancer health. Can I choose a route if I am not sure what my family history means?
Yes—but you do not need to interpret that history alone. Begin with what you know, and ask about the most appropriate next step. A genetic consultation may be recommended when the question needs individual clinical context.
Does a product route diagnose a condition or tell me what treatment I need?
No. GenWell routes are not designed to diagnose symptoms, replace a physician assessment or determine treatment. Genetic information is one part of a wider health picture and may need to be discussed with the appropriate healthcare professional.

The collection method and timing can differ by service and availability. We confirm the exact practical process for the route you are considering before you proceed, rather than making a general promise that may not apply to your situation.
What can a genetic report tell me?
That depends on the pathway. A report may provide wellbeing-oriented insights or information relevant to a selected genetic-health question. It should be read with its stated purpose and limits in mind; it does not automatically explain all aspects of your health or family history.
What if my result is negative, uncertain or needs follow-up?
A result needs context. A negative result does not necessarily rule out every possible genetic explanation, and an uncertain finding is not the same as a diagnosis. When an outcome needs individual interpretation or a follow-up plan, your treating physician or another qualified healthcare professional may be the appropriate next conversation.
Could my result be relevant to family members?
